Our Accessibility Approach
Accessibility should be considered when information, forms and service processes are designed or changed. A request can help identify a practical barrier. This statement does not certify that every page or third-party service meets a particular technical standard.
Accessing Information and Services
If a form, document or page is difficult to use, contact info@groupbenefitplans.ca or call [phone number to be added]. Describe the page and the issue without sending sensitive personal information. An alternative way to make an enquiry may be arranged based on the actual request.

Requesting Alternate Formats
Tell us which information you need and the format that would help. The appropriate response depends on the material and the request. Confirm available arrangements directly rather than relying on an assumed format or response deadline.
Providing Accessibility Feedback
Feedback can identify problems with navigation, text, form controls, documents or other website features. Include enough detail to locate the issue, such as the page address and the task you were trying to complete. Sharing your disability or medical history is not required to report a barrier.
Reviewing and Addressing Requests
Accessibility feedback should be directed to the team responsible for the relevant content or process. Where an issue concerns an advisor's or insurer's service, their own accessibility process may also apply. The referral website cannot confirm the accessibility of every external service.
Contact for Accessibility Support
Send accessibility enquiries to info@groupbenefitplans.ca or call [phone number to be added]. Let us know your preferred way to receive a response. Avoid including employee claims or medical information in an accessibility request.
